UUEC was formed by three long-time friends and Union members. Working as union members and elected representatives serving our locals we saw an opportunity to bring union members from all walks of life together to strengthen the labour movement.

Banding together Brothers and Sisters of all unions allows us to share ideas and advocate for the labour movement with a wider reach. Together we can help members of any union gain access to better training materials, unify support for labour initiatives and unify support for community initiatives.
